About this tool

Where the data comes from

DOL publishes every PERM case quarterly. The FY2024 and FY2025 workbooks were parsed directly. Employer addresses, phone numbers, emails and attorney names are in the source but are not published here.

Is publishing it lawful

Yes. It is a work of the US federal government, and under 17 U.S.C. section 105 such works carry no copyright in the United States. DOL attaches no redistribution conditions and strips personal information before release.

What it cannot tell you

Whether an agent or a company is honest. It shows what the file records. The judgement is yours.
