About
This site runs on one rule.
If there is a number here, the file it came from is named and linked. You can open it and check whether I read it correctly.
That sounds unremarkable until you go looking for it. Most of what circulates about US immigration and US work, in Bangla and in English, traces back to another article that traces back to nothing.
So where a figure appears on this site, it has been pulled out of the source document: the Department of State's Report of the Visa Office, the Department of Labor's PERM disclosure files, USCIS data tables, the Code of Federal Regulations. Not a summary of them. The files themselves.
What you will not find here
- Courses or coaching. Nothing on this site is for sale.
- Agency ties. No arrangement with any immigration agency, consultancy or law firm, paid or unpaid.
- Affiliate links. No link here earns anything.
- Case handling. I am not a lawyer and cannot look at your case. For that you need a licensed attorney.
What this is not
This site carries a lot of figures taken out of US government files, so one thing needs saying plainly.
- Bangla Vibes has no connection to the US Department of State, USCIS, the Department of Labor or any other government agency. None, direct or indirect. I read the documents they publish. That is the whole relationship.
- No visa or immigration service is offered here. I do not review cases, file paperwork, or act for anyone.
- No money changes hands. Nothing on the site is for sale, there are no fees, and there is no sponsorship.
If anyone asks you for money in the name of Bangla Vibes, or claims a visa can be arranged through us, it is a lie. Please tell me.
Before you act on anything here
Every figure carries its source, and the source is usually a government document. Even so, check the official site yourself before making a decision about your own case. The rules move month to month, and the day you read a piece is not the day it was written.
When I get it wrong
Some of this material dates from 2021 and the rules have moved. Where an old piece is still up, it is labelled as old. Where I have found an error in my own earlier work, the correction sits on the page with the mistake, not quietly deleted.
If you find something wrong, post it in the Facebook group or message the page, and point at the source. That is the fastest way to get it fixed, and in the group other readers see the correction too.
Who writes this
Bangla Vibes has been making videos on YouTube for years. This site is where the research behind them lives, with the sources attached.
