The words are as I wrote them then. I've only broken the paragraphs up to make it readable and cut the channel plugs. Rules, costs and timelines have all moved since, so don't take it as current.
By income here I mean a job at a company off campus. If you are talking about on campus jobs, you can earn 7 to 12 an hour. And that is part time. And in many cases on campus jobs are not available. So I am leaving that out of the calculation.
