Why live in Florida? Some will say because Disney World is here. Some will say because the population is low. And some might say because there are alligators here. By the way, having alligators is not a good feature, it is actually a name for danger.
Anyway, I hope you are all well. Welcome back to Bangla Vibes. Today I'm going to tell you the three main reasons for living in Florida. If you want to come to America, or you are thinking of moving here from another state, you can keep these things in mind.
1. The weather
The weather here is exactly like Bangladesh. It is like another Bangladesh in the middle of America. The sun is in the sky almost every day of the year. In the rainy season it rains quite heavily. And outside the season it comes down whenever it likes.
Because of weather like this, an enormous number of tourists crowd into Florida every year, from within America alone. Most of them come from the north side of the country, meaning from the cold states. By the way, it does not snow in Florida, but there are hurricanes.
Because Florida's weather is like Bangladesh's, mango, jackfruit, lychee and all kinds of vegetables grow here easily. Along with that there is a great variety of animals and birds. Birds especially, you see a great many of them in Florida. In a word, Florida is a natural paradise.
2. The beaches
Yes, the beaches here are world class. But think about this: ten minutes' drive from home and you are at the sea. Florida life is beach life, and beach life means party after party.
Let me name a few of the famous ones: Key West, Clearwater, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, South Beach. Oh, what you understand as Miami Beach is actually South Beach.
Imagine it. Your office day is over, you eat, and to relax you head out to the beach in the evening. Come home, rest, and all that is left is getting ready for the next day at work.
To Florida's east is the Atlantic Ocean and to the west the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches run for hundreds of miles. In a word, extraordinary.
3. No state income tax
Yes, you pay no income tax for the state of Florida. There are a handful of states in America, nine of them, where you do not have to pay state income tax. For your convenience let me name them: Alaska, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wyoming and Florida.
On top of that, Florida's sales tax and property tax are quite low. That means you can save a very good portion of whatever you earn here.
